It bears no responsibility for any spelling, grammatical, or technical errors, nor for any minor differences in fabric colors (between photographs and the actual product).

Our products are manufactured according to the dimensions, color, and quality preferred by each customer. For obvious reasons, these products are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for the purchase of another product. Therefore, when placing an order, the customer must be certain about the product selection to be manufactured.

Before any return, it is recommended to first contact our online store. In any case, return and replacement are possible provided that they take place within 4 days from receipt, in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 10 of Law 2251/1994, the product has not been used, and it is accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. delivery note, retail receipt, etc.).

We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not comply with the general return policy and to refuse to refund the originally paid purchase amount as compensation.

Product returns are accepted provided that:

– The products are not the same as those ordered (e.g. in dimensions, color)
– They have a defect that was discovered upon opening the package

In these cases, the smartpouf.com manufacturing company is obliged to replace the products. The cost of return shipping and the subsequent delivery of the replaced products is borne by the company.

Order cancellation is possible only if the raw materials have not been purchased and the manufacturing process has not begun.

Return Procedure

Please return the items enclosing the retail receipt (if you are an individual) or the relevant delivery note (if you are a company) within 4 days from the date of receipt. Make sure you have included and completed the Return Form and that the parcel is properly packaged.
We bear no responsibility for parcels that may be lost during return before reaching us. For this reason, we recommend using courier companies for returns.

The value of the returned items will be offset against the value of the replacement items. Any additional charge, including shipping costs, will be paid to the courier employee.
